Hop On-Hop Off Bus
included in 3-day conference package
We are pleased to offer a Hop On - Hop Off Bus that loops through downtown Vicksburg making stops at museums and downtown Vicksburg. The bus is FREE to Conference Attendees, but you might have a charge at a couple of the museums. There will be six stops as the bus rotates through downtown on Tuesday AND on Thursday from 10:00am until last pickup at 3:00pm.
Trolley Tours ~ Garden Tours
included in 3-day conference package
Three Warren County Master Gardeners are opening up their yards for special garden tours. The trolley will seat 22 people so you are required to sign up for these tours. There's one planned for each day of the conference. Since space is limited, please sign up for only one. Go to the EVENTS tab to sign up.
Herbal Cooking with William Furlong

William is a favorite caterer in our city, in fact, Wednesday's Reception at The Inn at Cedar Grove will be catered by him. For this special cooking event you will be in the wonderful kitchen at Catfish Row Museum on Washington St. Seating is limited to 40 guests so please sign up at the EVENTS tab to RSVP.
Strolling on the River!

The Old Highway 80 Bridge over the Mississippi River is a rare treat only open to pedestrians on special occasions. Thanks to our Board of Supervisors you'll have the opportunity to take a stroll to watch the traffic on the river from 4 to 5 pm on Wednesday. We will have waivers to sign and everyone must be off the bridge by 5pm. We plan to have a bus running for our conference guests as parking may be limited.
Wednesday Reception/Social Event
$50 charge per guest if not a 3-day conference attendee
Included in your conference cost is the Wednesday Social Event, but if you'd like to bring a guest the cost is $50 per guest. We will provide heavy hors d'oeuvres, tea, and one ticket for beer/wine. You may certainly buy more drinks as the bar will be open.The welcoming Inn at Cedar Grove will be the backdrop for this event from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. A bus will be provided between the VCC parking lot and Cedar Grove as parking is limited at Cedar Grove. The Inn at Cedar Grove is one of our supportive sponsors for the conference.
